Headlight Illuminators
We've often been asked about how we
made our headlights glow blue in the picture for our Angel Eyes Fog Lights. The
answer is simple - with a pair of headlight Illuminators.
These Small LED bulbs are designed to be placed inside the headlight housing to
create a glowing effect of the entire headlight assembly. You can purchase multiple
sets and create a brighter glow - or you can purchase an extra set to put into your
corner lenses as well.
These bulbs run off of any 12V source
so there are a multitude of installation options. We've even installed these in
the corner lenses to blink with the turn signal!
Because these are LED bulbs they draw
very little energy from your car battery. When we first installed these I simply
hooked them directly to the battery of the car and had them on for over a week without
driving the car or turning it on - the car started perfectly when I next drove it.
Please note that some colors in your
headlights may be considered illegal in some states - for those of you who are so
unfortunate - you can use them when the car is not actually on the road driving.
